Private Funding

Private financing is a loan that is given to an individual or company by a private organization or even a wealthy individual. The organization or the individual is known as a private funder. They act as an alternative to bank lendings in situations where bank’s approval is not possible.

The cost of borrowing is typically higher for private financing or MAS regulated licensed lending; reason being the risk of borrowing and cost of funding is higher as compared to bank loans.
